Disclosure

Short answer. No exchange, platform or trading venue pays Florida Predictions, sponsors it or has any say in what it publishes. This page says so plainly and explains where the site's outbound links go.

Relationships

Florida Predictions has no commercial relationship with any exchange or platform named on this site. No venue whose prices appear here pays Market Movers Media Inc., the publisher, for coverage, advertising or placement; none shares revenue with it, and no agent or affiliate does so on a venue's behalf. There is no paid placement on the site because nothing on it is for sale. If an arrangement of that kind is ever made, this section will name the other party, describe the arrangement and give its start date, and the page will show when it changed.

Advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial or legal advice. The site reports what a market implies about a Florida question and what the public record says about it, and goes no further: no page tells a reader which side of a contract to take, which venue to use or when to act. Nor does any page say whether a person in Florida may trade a given contract. The legal status page lays out what the Florida Gaming Control Commission, the state's statutes and the courts have said, each with its date, and draws no conclusion.

Editorial independence

No exchange or platform reviews, influences or pays for any page on this site. Venues do not see pages before they are published, do not choose which Florida contracts get covered and have no say in how a race, a club or a contract is described or when a page is reviewed. Prices come through Prediction Genius, the data supplier, exactly as each venue quoted them; the desk does not set or adjust them and never passes one off as its own forecast. What gets covered follows what the exchanges list and what the record supports.

Outbound links to a venue appear in one place. On a market page, a quoted price links to that contract's page at the exchange that quoted it, using the address the data supplier provides; the site never builds a venue address of its own and never adds a referral tag, affiliate code or tracking parameter. Those links open in a new tab and carry rel="nofollow noopener", so search engines do not follow them. Cards, side rails and section pages name a venue in plain text without a link. A card for a single day's game links to that game's page on Prediction Genius, and the timestamp on a price block links to Prediction Genius as the source of the prices. Every other external link points to a public document cited in the text, such as a statute, a court filing, a regulator's release or a league schedule. Nowhere on floridapredictions.com is there a sign-up button or a referral link, and the publisher earns nothing when a reader clicks through.
